What is the minimum order?

One pallet, mixed products possible. Bolaven pepper in Europe from 20 kg, from our stock there. For other small quantities we calculate the freight with you first.

Do you send samples?

Yes. Samples are charged, and the cost is credited against your first order. Tell us which products and quantities you need, and we will send you an offer.

Which Incoterms and lead times?

FCA Vientiane (we handle export clearance), FOB Bangkok or EXW; CPT/CIP to your port on request. Your goods leave our factory 2–6 weeks after order confirmation, production included.

What are your payment terms?

Payment in advance. For regular partners we are happy to discuss terms.

Can you do private label?

Yes. We apply your labels to our finished products from one pallet, mixed products possible. Your own packaging is possible for larger volumes.

Where do your products come from?

From our two organic farms and partner farmers in Laos. We dry, sort and pack everything in Vientiane, and every lot is traceable to the field.

Are your products available all year?

Yes, we hold stock all year round. Quantities from each harvest are limited, so orders are served first come, first served while stock lasts.

Which certifications do you have?

EU Organic (LA-BIO-121), HACCP/GMP and Halal. A certificate of analysis is available on request. Our Bolaven pepper won Great Taste 2024 with three stars.

Which countries do you export to?

To 15 countries in the last ten years, including the USA, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, Japan and Korea. We handle phytosanitary, organic (COI) and origin certificates.

Are you fair trade certified?

Not any more. We were WFTO certified until 2026, but the new requirements are too costly for a company our size. Instead we show the facts: our lowest wage is 23 % above the Lao minimum, everyone has social security, and we guarantee to buy our farmers' harvest. You are welcome to audit us.
